Join me on Zoom, Saturday, November 21 12-3pm eastern for this 3 hour deep dive into Peyote Stitch.
First I will break it down simply and slowly. I will talk through & demonstrate every detail of every step with personal tips I’ve honed over my 35 years of beading.
I will also discuss my preparation for creating, my improvising mindset & color theories, how I like to share my work with others, my favorite tools & products, how I organize my beads, how to bead in a bumpy car (anywhere you have light!) and any other topics you want to discuss in our time together.
After the basic stitch, I will teach more advanced techniques of adding & subtracting rows to create curves, angles, negative space and unique shapes in your beadwork.
This is very exciting for me. There’s nothing I understand more in this world then weaving beads. I’m really looking forward to it. I LOVE Peyote Stitch. The first stitch I fell in love with as a child wanting to make large beaded cuffs.
This class will be recorded and available to you to watch over and over again. If you are a beginner beader don’t be intimidated! Jump in and know…with focus and patience you can study the simple repetitive steps and at your pace, gain awareness of this craft!
